Designed to tone and strengthen the entire body and core, this exercise class uses a variety of methods such as weighted pilates balls and resistance bands.

If a member is planning not to attend a class they booked onto, they must cancel out of the class via the booking system. Members may cancel up to 2 hours before the class starts.
