Our Story

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for the last 28 years and still thoroughly enjoy meeting people, teaching a variety of classes and offering health and nutrition advice.  Over the course of those 28 years, I’ve not only had two children but continued with my studies completing my degree, and becoming a culinary medicine practitioner.  I now split my time between personal training, offering nutritional consultations and teaching a variety of classes such as Pilates, Barreconcept, Spin, Boxercise and Bootcamps.  I qualified as a pre and post-natal instructor 10 years ago and have taught pre and postnatal classes for over the last 8 years.  I’ve met lots of lovely mummies and babies along the way and have enjoyed watching mums get fitter and babies grow and develop.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 working as a personal trainer, nutritional therapist and teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes.  From Barre to Pilates, Kettlebells to Zumba but my passion is pre and post-natal fitness.  Helping women keep fit through their pregnancy and being there for them after birth, assisting new mums in regaining core strength I find very rewarding.  Having a small child I know of the importance of community support so I'm thrilled to be creating a safe space for new mums to meet whilst keeping fit!

Having both had children we know how difficult it can be to fit in a workout when you have little time and energy.  We hope that ‘Fit Mum Club Reigate’ gives you the opportunity to focus on yourself and your health, to have fun and to meet other mums along the way without the added expense of childcare.
